As a market with leading digitalization in Europe, Poland boasts mature telecommunications infrastructure and an organized retail system, with consumers placing increasing emphasis on detail and consistency in mobile phone product experiences and services. During the localization process, brands face challenges such as delayed store image updates and inconsistent service standards, which affect their overall competitiveness and brand perception in the European market. XINSIWEI was commissioned by a renowned enterprise to conduct a brand image consistency study for mobile phone stores in Poland. Combining overt and covert evaluation methods, the project assessed store environment, merchandising, service quality, and after-sales support across Polish urban stores, providing a basis for the brand's localization and channel optimization in the European market.
